Elder Charnika P. Elliott is a wife, mother, entrepreneur, educator, motivational speaker, author & life coach who is sold out for the Lord. She is anointed and gifted to aid in positioning individuals for purpose by building their hope & confidence. Charnika is known as a woman who demonstrates a faith that won’t quit! She is very passionate about enhancing the lives of youth by PLANTING SEEDS OF LIFE!

Charnika is a native of Roanoke, Virginia. She is married to, Byron Elliott and is the proud mother of Promyss, Joshua and Devante. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Elementary Education and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Christian School. She is the Founder of Noah-Christian Community Center, Inc. (named after her two deceased baby boys), offering free educational services to socioeconomically challenged youth. Also, the founder and Administrator of Noah-Christian Academy, private Christian school, grades Pre K-5th which provides youth a Solid Foundation by Building Hope, Building Dreams and Building Community! She is also the founder of the H.E.A.L. Support Group aiding women and their families who have suffered a loss due to fetal and/or infant deaths.

Charnika is highly, loved and respected throughout the community. She has been recognized countless times for her efforts in youth and community enhancement. Charnika is an active, faithful and devoted member of New Life Christian Fellowship. She is one of the founding members of the church and has worked diligently in the building of the ministry. She holds the position of a licensed and ordained Elder, church administrator, sings on the praise team, co-teaches Sunday School and leads the youth choir and dance ministry.

Charnika is a young woman who is known for her diligence and compassion to unselfishly help others. Her vibrant personality and high energy labels her as a beacon of light to all that cross her path. She is also known as a godly woman and a prayer warrior who labors to meet the needs of her community. She has taken her personal, tragic experiences and has used them to empower and encourage individuals from all walks of life. Her primary mission is to break generational curses in youth and their families by Planting Seeds of Life!
